Philip L. Leonard, CPA has broad experience which encompasses all areas of public accounting, including tax and auditing, and has considerable consulting experience in medium-size clients. Phil has a concentration in providing tax and consulting to various medical providers. Phil joined Kemper CPA Group LLP in 1985 and is the partner-in-charge of the Effingham, Illinois office. Prior to joining Kemper CPA Group LLP, he was a staff and senior accountant with Murphey, Jenne and Jones and KMG Main Hurdman.
Phil received a bachelor of science degree in accounting and finance from Eastern Illinois University. He became a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois in 1983.
