QuickBooks Desktop 2019 Products and QuickBooks Point of Sale version 18 are being discontinued. What does this mean for you?

  • After May 31, 2022, access to add-on services will be discontinued for QuickBooks Desktop for Windows 2019. This includes all versions of QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, and Enterprise Solutions v19.
     
  • After August 10, 2022, access to add-on services will be discontinued for QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale 18.0.

Subscriptions to live technical support or the other Intuit services that can be integrated with the discontinued versions of QuickBooks Desktop will no longer be available. Also, discontinued versions will not receive the latest security patches and updates.

2019 versions can be upgraded to the latest edition of QuickBooks which has been rebranded as QuickBooks Desktop Plus. Pricing for QuickBooks Desktop Plus products is now a yearly fee. Pricing based on 1 user is as follows, excluding any current promotions.
