The partners and staff at Kemper CPA Group LLP are pleased to announce a merger/acquisition with Weaver & McCartney Accountancy Corporation, effective September 1, 2015. The resulting office will operate under the Kemper CPA Group LLP name and will be located at the existing Weaver & McCartney office in Livermore, California. Timothy A. Weaver and Kenneth L. McCartney, along with all of the other members of Weaver & McCartney, will remain on staff at Kemper CPA Group LLP. Only the name is changing; the faces will stay the same!
The acquisition of Weaver & McCartney Accountancy Corporation, which was established in 1976, strengthens Kemper CPA Group’s presence in California, where it also operates offices in Merced, Modesto, Stockton, and Tracy. Kemper CPA Group is headquartered in Evansville, Indiana.
