Troy graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and earned his CPA certificate in 2015. Troy joined Kemper CPA Group LLP in the Evansville, Indiana office in 2013. He transferred to the Firm’s Henderson, Kentucky office in 2017. In May of 2020, Troy was proposed as partner in the Henderson office, where he continues to provide excellent client service.
Troy has a broad experience in taxation with all types of entities at various levels of complexity, including individuals, corporations, partnerships, as well as multi-state corporations. In the area of accounting and auditing, Troy has worked on audits of local governmental entities, including single audits, non-profits, and construction contractors. In addition, Troy has experience in the oil and gas industry working with independent producers and affiliated service companies.
